Spicer Real Estate will prepare your offer using our automated system with the standard board of Realtor forms. We will call you before we present the offer to the seller. Our intent will be to get the offer terms to the seller on the same day you submit it, assuming time and scheduling allows for it.   Once terms have been agreed to, we'll e-mail the contract to you for final ratification.   We've developed this system in an effort to streamline the process.
