Room #5/6 is approximately 320 s.f. (16’x20′) and is an interior room with heat, but NO A/C. This space could be used for storage or short-term occupancy. Monthly rent is $200. Room #5/6 could be rented with another available room or both rooms for a discounted monthly rental rate. Additionally, Room #10 is approximately 528 s.f. (22’x24′) and has 4 windows, counter space with storage along outside back wall. Heating and AC window units are provided. Monthly rent is $600. Rooms are on the 2nd floor of the church building and are not handicap accessible. The building has security surveillance system. Each room can be locked and are accessible by two doors. Rooms are close to two restrooms and a small kitchenette. Electric, trash, water, sewer, and recycling are provided. Tenant to provide their own internet access. The rooms will be unfurnished. Liability insurance certificates are required. Nearby garage parking or metered parking.
